我在一家很著名的做软件的外资企业工作，今年初有个机会去美国培训时，去硅谷招聘会找到一家公司答应给我办H1。当时我发现美国确实很需要计算机编程人员。八月底材料交的移民局。11月初得通知。11/10收到材料.过了10天我打电话预约。今天通过。

　　千万别趴在递材料的地方。就算听不清楚签证管说话也别扒。我今天注意了一下。凡是不趴的都签了。不知为什么95%的人都趴在那。今天签出的特别少[1/5最多]。不过申请H1B好象也很少（我之前好象就我一个）我前面有一百多人申请Visa,好象没有人申请H1B的。第二别紧张（我还是达不到这点）H1确实不好被拒。英语听不懂没关系。熟背我总结本站心得的签证必答题。只要听清一个词就可答话。（搁着玻璃确实听不大清楚）祝各位早日成行。

　　总之，H1是不好被拒签。因为它的签证哲学变成“签证官要证明你有罪”而不是一般签证的“自己证明没罪”
